I was born in Atlanta, GA and have lived in Colorado 28 years. As a full time Realtor, I still manage to spend time with my husband Bob, a senior residential real estate appraiser and our 24-year old son, who has attended school in Ft Collins from kindergarten through high school.  He recently graduted from CSU and ha been a raft guide on the Poudre River for the last 4 years.  As a family we enjoy Colorado for all of its beauty and outdoor activities.

Our city offers great parks, walking & biking trails & my love (GREAT TENNIS!)We chose Northern Colorado for the beauty and quality of life.  This is a great area for everyone from children to senior citizens. We have not been disappointed!
