The median 2012 sale price for a single family home in the City of Fort Collins has increased 3.8% in 2012 with a median sale price of $246,000. The median sale price for a home in Loveland has also seen an increase of 6.8% to $229,000. The first quarter of 2013 had 607 single family sales in Fort Collins with and median sale price of $252,000.
